La casa sul porto

“La casa sul porto” è composta da 3 appartamenti vacanza nel centro storico di Laveno, con parziale vista lago. L'immobile data i primi del '900 e dà sulla piazza del mercato dove si trova anche il supermercato. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, ristoranti, negozi, la stazione ferroviaria, l'imbarcadero e posteggi gratuiti. A 300 mt. parte la funicolare per il "Sasso del Ferro" (altitudine 1000 mt.) dove si gode uno dei più bei panorami a 360 gradi di tutta la regione dei laghi. 

Ci sono due appartamenti di circa 50 m² per 3 o 4 persone e un appartamento di circa 95 m² per 5 persone.
Sono composti da una grande stanza con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo (sdoppiabile per ospitare una quarta persona), un soggiorno con divano, un bagno, Wi-Fi gratuito, aria condizionata e riscaldamento per l'inverno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, inclusi forno a microonde, frigorifero e caffettiera.
Un tavolino in teak con sedie permette di fare colazione sul balcone con vista lago.

“The house on the harbour” consists of 3 holiday apartments located in the historic center of Laveno, with a partial lake view. The property dates back to the early 1900s and overlooks the market square, where you’ll also find a supermarket. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, shops, the train station, the ferry terminal, and free parking. Just 300 meters away, you can take the cable car to "Sasso del Ferro" (altitude 1000 meters), where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful 360-degree panoramic views in the entire lake region.

There are two apartments of approximately 50 m² for 3 or 4 persons and one apartment of about 95 m² for five persons.
Each unit includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (which can be extended to accommodate a fourth guest), a living room with a sofa, a bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating for the winter season.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.
A teak table with chairs on the balcony offers the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast with a view of the lake.
